KTA provided the LEED Fundamental Commissioning for the fourteen story, 380,000 sq. ft. mixed use facility. The commissioned systems included a chilled water central plant, water cooled Dedicated Outside Air Unit, fan-powered induction units, water source heat pumps, rooftop units and various terminal equipment. The lighting control and domestic hot water systems were also included to satisfy the LEED requirements.
