Designing from the ground up comes naturally to the engineers at KTA. By having early project involvement with the architect and client, needs can be clearly defined and met to avoid changes in the later stages of design and construction. KTA has a broad base of experience in the design of build to suit, speculative core and shell buildings and campus environments which have mechanical systems that range from simple to complex including roof top units (RTU), variable air volume (VAV), variable refrigerant flow (VRF), dedicated outside air systems (DOAS) and Central Utility Plants at the campus level.
