KTA’s Peer Review Studio provided multi-discipline plan review as the selected DCRA Third Party Plan Review Agency for this mixed use project. The development is comprised of 520 dwelling units including senior and affordable housing, garage space for 601 cars, a 7,000 sf Daycare Center, and approximately 100,000 sf of retail.
