KTA is providing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering design for the 31-story, 729,000 square foot Class A, Corporate Headquarters building in Tyson's Corner, Virginia.  The building features 68,000 square feet of retail space in addition to a 495,000 square foot office, eight levels of above-grade parking that serves as the pedestal for the two office towers, and four levels of parking below grade. Between the two office towers is a 12-story atrium with connecting bridges. The project is targeting a LEED Gold rating.
