KTA was responsible for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for the 100,000 sq. first-generation tenant interiors space. The project included a large MDF room, 3 IDF rooms a conference center, multipurpose room, conference areas as well as additional toilet room and shower facilities. The project is pursuing LEED Silver Certification.
The mechanical system included six supplemental HVAC units for the IDF rooms and 3 Computer room A/C units for the computer room. The design also includes variable air volume terminal units, toilet and shower room exhaust systems, low-pressure ductwork, and air devices. The electrical systems design included all interior lighting power, power distribution, fire alarm, and raceways for telephone and data communication systems.
The plumbing systems design included all work associated with toilet rooms on each floor, shower facility on the first floor, pantries, and break room.
