This project encompassed the complete renovation of the campus modernization which included four adjoining buildings. The project included the demolition of one of building, construction of a new building in its place, and the modernization of the three remaining buildings.

KTA provided LEED Commissioning services for the project. The tasks performed are under LEED BD+C V4 Energy and Atmosphere (EA) Prerequisite, Fundamental Commissioning and Credit 3, Enhanced Commissioning and targeted LEED – Gold Status.
