KTA commissioned mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems complying with LEED requirements for Enhanced Commissioning including chilled water AHU, CRAC units, VAV boxes, building management system (BMS), domestic water heaters and lighting controls. The project consisted of new construction of 1st floor offices, meeting room space and partial renovation of existing 2nd floor space including partitions, ceilings, lighting and finishes. It also includes a grand stairway linking 1st floor to existing 2nd floor office space. As Commissioning Authority, KTA prepared all LEED documentation, performed site visits, performed functional testing, conducted on-site meetings and witnessed systems start-ups.
