KTA designed a 300,000 sq. ft. core and shell office building and parking structure and performed LEED Fundamental Commissioning for The Howard Hughes Companies.  The project also included an above-ground parking garage with a capacity of approximately 2,500 vehicles.  The project was designed under LEED 4.0 with the goal of obtaining a Certified Rating from the U.S. Green Building Council for Core and Shell Construction.
