Reston Heights Breaks Ground

The JBG Companies hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for a five-story project that will house 385 apartments and 89,000 square feet of retail. The project includes junior one-bedrooms up to three-bedrooms units, with 46 of the units designated for affordable housing. Additional plans include a public plaza and an adjacent parking structure and some below grade parking. The development is expected to deliver by 2017 with retailers arriving in early 2018.
