Partnering with two design build contractors, Breeden Mechanical and Colonial Electric, KTA Group is the MEP Engineer for the 500,000+ square foot mixed use project in College Park, Maryland. The project includes housing, retail, restaurants and parking and is designed to meet a LEED V4 Sliver rating at completion.
