KTA designed the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems for this new LEED Silver mixed-use project that will provide a lively entertainment and dining option in the heart of Reston, Virginia with 116,000 square feet of retail space at grade level opening to a plaza. The project is topped with residential in two buildings. The residential towers will include almost 400 units. A rooftop amenities space including a pool and deck in addition to the large private fitness center on site.

The mechanical systems include air-cooled split systems for the residential and condenser water with a cooling tower on the open parking garage for the fitness center. The units feature single zone HVAC and dedicated electric water heaters.
