KTA Group provided mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering design for this 22 story, 550,000 square foot Class A trophy building in Tysons Corner, Virginia.  The building features 24,000 square feet of retail space in addition to a 495,000 square foot, seven-level parking structure that serves as a partial above-grade pedestal for the Tysons Tower, the future residential tower, and hotel tower. Between the street level and pedestal is a 48-foot high atrium facing Tyson's Corner Center Mall. The Tysons Tower is a LEED Gold building.
