Working closely with the Landlord, KTA was responsible for engineering upgrades to the base building MEP systems. Upgrades include new chilled water Air Handling Units on each floor, new domestic water heaters, water fountains, low flow faucets, and newly renovated building cores. Core upgrades include new energy-efficient lighting and controls, new restrooms and low flow fixtures, and upgraded fire alarm devices.
