BACKGROUND:

Mr. Emshwiller leads the Mechanical Division which involves the production and technical quality of designs, drawings, specifications, surveys, studies, reports, or other services in the department.

 

Mr. Emshwiller has over ten years of experience in the design of HVAC systems and Project Management.  Mr. Emshwiller is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Virginia.  The mechanical systems project designs include a wide variety of use including commercial, mixed-use, residential, and mission critical.  Mr. Emshwiller has experience with modeling complex systems in Autodesk Revit.  As the lead engineer, his mechanical design experience consists of base building, commercial, office buildings, high-rise multifamily (VRF), and commercial tenant renovations.
