The Principal owners of KTA have a close working relationship which predates the formation of KTA in 1989. Working together in the a/e/c industry in the DC metro area for nearly 30 years provides a synergy in operations that is difficult to quantify. Each partner brings a unique and valuable perspective to the ownership committee. At the same time, the familiarity and respect engendered from the majority of the team working together for nearly three decades expedites decision making and facilitates positive strategic planning. Although each team member has his own role and responsibilities within the organization, the management culture is very much a collaborative effort that benefits from the strength of the TEAM to create a sum that is greater than the individual parts.
