Mr. Elbarasi is licensed to practice engineering in Washington, DC and the states of California, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia, with over twelve years of professional experience in electrical engineering design.  His diverse portfolio includes the following project types:  K-12, higher education, data centers, residential, Net-zero buildings and designs, healthcare, science and technology, government projects, international projects, base building, retail and tenant improvement.

Mr. Elbarasi has expert knowledge of the NFPA codes and standards, International Building Codes, International Energy Conversation Codes and ASHRAE 90.1.
