Ms. Searle, as head of KTA’s Peer Review Studio, has an extensive background in design, construction, and building review, and over 25 years of experience in the architectural profession. A licensed architect and certified ICC Plans Examiner, Elizabeth works with design teams to find win-win solutions when faced with complicated compliance issues.

With a demonstrated proficiency in commercial building, life safety, fire protection and accessibility codes,  Ms. Searle brings a level of dedication to the peer review studio that is equal to the challenges brought on by the short deadlines the studio routinely encounters.   She is able to deliver the fast paced results and quick turnaround that are the hallmarks of KTA Peer Review, while managing our team of highly capable reviewers.
